[Press Processing Example] SUS Precision Contour Forming Fitting

Corresponds to contour accuracy requirements of 100 points in the joint area! Also capable of bar ring processing right at the edge of the bent surface!

■This product, "Shell for EGR Cooler," is a specially shaped stamping that meets the contour accuracy requirement of 100 microns for fitting purposes. ■It is a complex shaped stamping used by fitting the upper and lower parts together, requiring optimal clearance to ensure that customers can assemble smoothly and prevent coolant leakage during use. ■Made from stainless steel with significant springback, both the upper and lower parts require a contour accuracy of 100 microns, which is addressed using the uniquely shaped pressing technology developed over many years in fuel supply unit processing. ■The end face clearance during fitting is achieved at 0.16 mm. ■This product also accommodates barrelling processing, which is said to be very difficult, at the bending end face. *For more details, please feel free to contact us.

Examples of spoon drawing (large and small hand-drawn) processing - large spoon drawing processing

The size is φ1000mm, and the plate thickness is t2.5! Here we introduce a processing example that has undergone R bending and drawing using a roller jig! There are also examples of cost reduction.

We would like to introduce a case study of large deep drawing processing that our company has conducted. The size is φ1000mm, and the plate thickness is t2.5. The edges of the drawn product are processed with R bending using a roller jig. Additionally, the R shape is carefully and quickly processed while checking with an R gauge. Furthermore, we also have examples of cost reduction achieved through our can manufacturing and drawing technologies. 【Processing Example】 ■Part Name: Tray ■Material: SUS304CP ■Plate Thickness: t2.5 ■Size: φ1000mm *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

Examples of "saucer" spatula molding process [Prototyping and mass production available from 1 piece!]

Compared to pressed products, the precision of post-molding distortion and other factors is higher in draw forming processing. It requires low initial investment and is suitable for small-batch production of various types. [Case study materials available]

Hemming is a method of shaping metal sheets by rotating them to form a rotational body shape. While the initial investment (such as mold costs) for press molds requires a concave-convex shape, hemming primarily requires only a convex shape. The cost of a hemming mold starts at 20,000 yen, while a press mold starts at 250,000 yen (for simple shapes), allowing for a very low initial investment, making it suitable for small-batch production of various types. Additionally, because the material is rotated and drawn, the stress in the rolling direction of the material can be reduced, resulting in higher precision in post-forming distortions compared to pressed products. [Example of Hemming Processing] SUS material t1.6 (maximum outer diameter Φ273 height 70) This is a tray for industrial equipment, formed from a flat plate. *For details on various processing examples, please see the "PDF Download" below.

[Examples of Spoon Drawing Processing] Combined Processing of Large Spoon Drawing and Welding

Large spoon drawing processing using wooden molds and simple jigs! The accuracy is completed at 0.2 (RMS value) compared to the theoretical value!

This is an introduction to a processing example where large drawn products and canning processed items are assembled by welding, and then further shaped using a large draw-forming lathe, with shape corrections made. First, the top part, which is the center, is processed by draw forming using a wooden mold. The drawn product is then assembled with fan-shaped can products using TIG welding. The welded product is further shaped through draw forming. While carefully correcting areas of poor precision in the canning processed items and any distortions caused by welding heat, the shaping is done meticulously, and the functional surface (outer surface) is polished to completion. Through corrections made by draw forming, the precision of the functional surface (outer surface) is achieved at 0.2 (RMS value) against the theoretical value. 【Processing Example】 ■Part Name: DISH ■Material: A1050P ■Thickness: 6.0t *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

[Processing Production Example] Stamped Products

Introducing examples of parts such as our in-house developed products "guinomi" (sake cups) and "food-related equipment"!

We would like to introduce an example of our company’s "stamping products." We performed stamping on parts for "food-related equipment" made of SUS304 material. The product specifications are a plate thickness of 0.5mm and a stamping depth of 65mm. The product diameter is φ95 at the top and φ110 at the bottom. In addition, we have also performed stamping on our developed product, the "guinomi" (sake cup). For more details on the processing, please refer to the PDF document. 【Overview】 ■ Final part: Food-related equipment ■ Material: SUS304 ■ Processing content: Stamping ■ Product specifications ・ Plate thickness: 0.5mm / Stamping depth: 65mm ・ Product diameter: Top φ95 / Bottom φ110 * For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

Helical pressed product (spinning processed product)

Demonstrating power in prototypes, small lot products, and large products! Introduction of pressed products.

Aikyo Hela Press Industry Co., Ltd. is a company located in Aichi Prefecture in the Chubu region, specializing in deep drawing processing, press processing, and mold design and manufacturing. Deep drawing processing can be performed on any metal sheet material as long as the processed part has a rotational body shape. The initial costs, such as mold expenses, are also significantly lower than other processing methods, making it effective for prototypes, small lot products, and large products. 【Features】 ■ Plastic processing is possible from any metal sheet material as long as the processed part has a rotational body shape. ■ Initial costs, such as mold expenses, are significantly lower than other processing methods. ■ Effective for prototypes, small lot products, and large products. *For more details, please feel free to contact us.

Case study of "outlet" blade drawing process [Prototyping and mass production available from 1 piece!]

Compared to pressed products, the precision of post-molding distortion and other factors is higher in deep drawing processing. It requires low initial investment and is suitable for small-batch production of various types. [Case study materials available]

Hemming is a method of shaping metal sheets by rotating them to form a rotational body shape. The initial investment (such as mold costs) for press molds requires a concave-convex type, whereas hemming only requires a basic convex type. The cost of a hemming mold starts at 20,000 yen, while a press mold starts at 250,000 yen (for simple shapes), allowing for a very low initial investment, making it suitable for small-batch production of various types. Additionally, because the material is shaped by rotation, the stress in the rolling direction of the material can be reduced, resulting in higher precision in post-shaping distortions compared to pressed products. [Examples of Hemming Processing] Made of SUS, thickness 1.6 (maximum outer diameter Φ250, height 250) This product was shaped from a Φ256 pipe. It is an outlet from an irrigation channel. *For details on various processing examples, please refer to the "PDF Download" below.
